Return and Refund Policy

 Because of the hand designed nature of each piece, we currently do not offer cash refunds. This is to protect the artist who  made the item(s) and respect the use of their time and materials. However, should an item not meet expectations, we offer store credit for qualifying issues. If you have questions, concerns, or would like to request a return/exchange, please use the form in the Contact Us section of the navigation menu. Below is a brief summary of our current policy. This policy is subject to change and we encourage visitors of our site to return to this page frequently to stay up-to-date on any changes. 

  • Items can be replaced within ten (10) days of purchase. Returns received after this period will not be processed.
  • Returned products must be the original item received. If an item appears altered, it may not be processed for a exchange/store credit.
  • If the item was damaged in transit or is not the product ordered, it qualifies for exchange/store credit. 
  • Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected. Damaged items will be replaced and returned to you.
  • If the item cannot be replaced, store credit will be issued.
